Chances are just that good that, in spite of anything you do, little Oliver or Abigail won’t end up a doctor or lawyer — or, indeed, anything else you’ve ever heard of. -Virginia Heffernan

I find this astonishing. It is hard for me to believe that 65% of the jobs that our children in elementary school will be doing i havent even heard of yet. After i heard this i started to think back to if my parent were younger.....would they have ever thought that computer would take over a simple assembly line job? or would they ever think that they could simply go online and type their name to find them (facebook)? I would love to look into the future and look at some of the jobs that will be taken over by computers and the jobs that will be available due to computers....
